PET POLICY

Our rentals are pet friendly! We have some rules to allow our tenants, their neighbors and our future tenants to enjoy the property, which include:

No animal may be kept on the premises without Landlord’s prior written consent, except animals needed by tenants who have a disability.
There is a limit of 2 pets per rental.
The only pets allowed are cats and dogs (under 50 pounds).
Dangerous dog breeds are prohibited, including but not limited to Pit-bulls, Rottweilers and Bull Terriers.
Cats and dogs are required to have proper identification, licenses and be up to date on all vaccinations.
Tenants are required to clean up after their pets including inside, outside and any common areas of the rental property.
No pets are allowed to be left unattended or unsupervised outdoors. Pets should not be left for an extended period of time unattended or unsupervised in the rental property.
Pets are not allowed to disturb neighboring tenants.
The only animals allowed on rental property are the pets approved and identified by name on the lease pet addendum. Any other pets on the property are strictly prohibited and if discovered are a breach of your lease, which could result in an eviction.

PET FEES

As BluHaven provides a clean rental for every new tenant, there is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $250 that will be used to deep clean the rental property after the tenant moves-out. This fee is non-refundable and is due upon signing the Pet Addendum.
A minimum requirement of 1 additional months rent will be added to the tenants security deposit for any pets.
